In a relatively small town in the middle of Michigan where I grew up (circa the mid '90s) I found myself bored in a Driver's Education class at my local high school when I professed my love of yellow cars to my behind-the-wheel instructor. Instantly he responded that there was no such thing...sea foam green was all the rage at the time. One thing led to another and I bet him a $1/car that we would see some yellow vehicles zooming around town. And, sure enough over the course of the next few weeks we saw about 15 yellow cars.
Cha-ching!
It was there that my somewhat fickle love affair of yellow began. Fast forward about 15 years to when I wore something yellow everyday for almost two months straight...and you know what...people can't help but be happy about yellow.
Also, we can't all have serious blogs.
Sometimes there has to be a bit of sunshine!
